In 2014, The Lansdowne Cone was transformed into an Employment Social Enterprise, offering supportive employment opportunities for youth with multiple barriers to employment, and especially racialized, and new-comer youth, and folks with cognitive disabilities.

We have formed partnerships with organizations like The Yonge Street Mission, The Geneva Centre for Autism, and Montage Support Services, and most recently Healing As One in Regent Park, with both paid and unpaid positions for individuals. We have also hosted live on-site training for pre-employment training programs like EmploymentWorks, and the Worktopia program.

We aim to hire local youth and create as many employment mentoring positions as we can each season. We are always open to collaborations and innovative opportunities to support employment skills development for local youth with multiple barriers to employment.
